The next day found us at the town of Linlithgow. You can see from these two pictures, the weather changes rather rapidly. From rain to sunshine in only minutes. As the Scots say, if you don't like the weather in Scotland, just wait twenty minutes...
We spent some time feeding the swans and ducks at Linlithgow Loch. (Fancy Scotish term for Lake).
We saw the castlewhere Mary Queen of Scots was held before she was shipped off to London to be beheaded.
We dined at the 4 Mary's Pub for some pints and pub-grub.
We were then chased and beaten by some coppers for being drunk in public, but since they didn't have any guns, we got away.
